SOLID CARBIDE DRILLS

Solid carbide drills: our high-performance drills from solid carbide are universally applicable in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminium. Thus, you can enjoy from an uncomplicated tool choice and reduced diversity in tools. For machining super alloys and titanium we offer you our solid carbide drills in an INOX version.

Solid carbide deep hole drills: from 20xD up to 40xD with internal coolant for universal application in various machining tasks and different fields. Also for pilot drilling you will find the suitable tools in our range of drills.

Solid carbide hpc miniature drills: from 0,8 mm to meet the highest demands in the smallest applications with high drilling qualities and a good self-centring capability even under not optimal conditions.

INDESXABLE INSERTS & DRILL BODIES

specially in mass production and from diameters larger than 14 mm, it is suggested to use drill bodies, since they reduce costs enormously. We offer you drill bodies with diameters from 14 mm to 40 mm and lengths of 2xD, 3xD, 4xD, and 5xD. Intermediate dimensions are available with delivery time. Contact us for more information!

In addition, tuned to our drill bodies we have developed our universally applicable XPMG indexable inserts. They can be positioned inside as well as outside and all four cutting edges can be brouht into use.
