Privacy policy:

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
It is important for us to inform you which personal data we collect from you, how it is used and what options you have.
In the following we answer the most important questions.

1. What data is collected and how is it used?

a) Technical features of the website:

When you visit our websites, our web servers temporarily record the domain name or IP address of your computer, the client's file request (file name and URL), the http response code and the website from which you are visiting us. The logged data is used exclusively for data security purposes, in particular to prevent attacks on our web server, and for statistical evaluations. They are neither used for the creation of individual user profiles nor passed on to third parties.

Cookies: We may use cookies for certain offers. These are small text files that are stored on your computer. This enables us to recognize if you visit websites repeatedly from the same computer.

Session cookies are cookies that are only stored on your computer for the duration of an Internet session and are required for transactions (e.g. to process a purchase). They only contain a transaction ID.

For certain offers, we may use persistent cookies that are used to recognize visitors and are stored on your computer for future sessions. These cookies are valid for 6 to 24 months.

You have the option of setting your browser so that these cookies are not stored in the first place or that the cookies are deleted at the end of your Internet session. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of our website.
Information on browser settings can be found at:

SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content such as your contact information. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

b) Integration of Google Maps on the website:

On individual websites, we may use Google Maps to display maps, locations and for route planning. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By embedding Google Maps, your IP address is transmitted directly to Google and a cookie is stored as soon as you visit such a website. You can inform yourself about and object to the data processing by Google at at any time.

c) User account

In order to be able to place orders via this offer, a password-protected customer account is set up for each participating customer. This contains an overview of transacted orders and active order processes. If you leave the online shop as a customer, you will be logged out automatically after some time.

The operator assumes no liability for password abuse, unless this was caused by the operator itself.

d) Order process

All data entered by the customer within the framework of order processing is stored. This includes:

  • Contact and customer data
  • (Delivery) address
  • Order details

Those data, which are absolutely necessary for delivery or order processing, are passed on to third service providers. As soon as the storage of your data is no longer necessary or legally required, they will be deleted.
